Monovarietal obtained from hand-picked Biancolilla olives from crops on the western side of Sicily. Qualitatively the oil is medium-light fruity with vegetal hints, in the mouth there is a pleasant sensation of bitterness and finally a good spiciness comes out, in the finish the oil is complex and fragrant.
