Flat Cabbage

Description

The Flat Cabbage, which resembles the round white cabbage, is a little flatter than the normal round cabbage; its leaves are more flexible and crunchy. It is used and cooked in much the same ways as the regular round cabbage.It is an xcellent source of vitamin C, an antioxidant that can help repair damage within the skin and protects the immune system. The cabbage also contains some iron, vitamin B6, calcium, and magnesium.
