This fresh fish is a good source of protein and omega-3 ,it has also a high content of vitamins D and B2 ,and has high levels of iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium.They are caught daily and we pick them off the boats directly before sunrise to offer our local customers the most fresh and highest quality fish in the country
