Description

Yellow capsicum, also known as yellow bell pepper, is a vibrant and sweet variety of capsicum. Yellow capsicums are rich in vitamins A and C, as well as dietary fiber. They have glossy golden skin and crisp flesh, and are much sweeter than green capsicums. They are a good source of vitamin C and also supply beta-carotene and dietary fiber.
