Red Capsicums

Description

Red capsicum is a mature bell pepper that is rich in carotenoid, phytonutrients, beta-carotene, and vitamin C. It has a sweet, almost fruity taste , juicy, and crispy, and is added to a lot of food preparations. It contains almost eleven times more beta-carotene than green bell peppers and one and a half times more vitamin C. Pimento and paprika are both prepared from red bell peppers.
